1.1 “Company” refers to Siesta Mk, its successors, and assigns, engaged in the sale of furniture and related services.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing goods from the Company.
1.3 “Goods” refers to all products supplied by the Company, including but not limited to plastic, metal, rattan, and other furniture materials.
1.4 “Services”refers to any service provided by the Company, including but not limited to order processing, delivery, warranty, and after-sales support.
1.5 “Contract” refers to these terms and conditions together with any order, invoice, or agreement issued between the Company and the Customer.
1.6 “Price” refers to the amount payable by the Customer for the Goods and Services, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
1.7 “Pre-Order” refers to an advance order placed before the product is available for regular purchase.
2.1 By placing an order with Siesta Mk, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
2.3 Orders shall be considered binding upon acceptance by the Company and subject to product availability.
2.4 Electronic signatures and email confirmations are legally binding for agreements between the Customer and the Company.
3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice, and any modifications shall be updated on the Company’s official platforms.
3.2 Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and other digital payment solutions.
3.3 A 50% deposit is required for pre-orders, with the balance due prior to shipment.
3.4 Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.
3.5 A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns due to customer preference (size, color, model changes).
3.6 The Customer must ensure sufficient funds for transaction processing. Any failed transactions or chargebacks may lead to service suspension.
4.1 Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
4.2 Delivery is free for orders exceeding 10,000 MKD; for smaller orders, charges depend on the weight and destination.
4.3 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Customers must ensure availability to receive orders.
4.4 Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the package and report any damage within 3 days.
4.5 If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned, and re-delivery fees will apply.
4.6 The Company is not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, customs clearance, or third-party carrier issues.
5.1 Pre-orders require an advance deposit ranging from 50%.
5.2 The estimated delivery period is between 2-3 weeks, subject to supplier schedules and international shipping conditions.
5.3 Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the product has been dispatched from the supplier.
5.4 Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective upon arrival.
5.5 Any changes to pre-orders must be requested within 5 days of the initial purchase and are subject to approval.
6.1 Returns are accepted within 5 business days if the product remains in its original condition and packaging.
6.2 Customers must initiate returns via returns@siestamk.com with proof of purchase and photos of the item.
6.3 A refund will be processed after inspection, subject to deductions for damages caused by improper handling or assembly errors.
6.4 Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless defective.
6.5 The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
7.1 All Siesta Mk products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects for domestic use.
7.2 For commercial or hospitality use, warranty periods vary by product category (e.g., 2 years for contract furniture, 1 year for garden furniture).
7.3 The warranty does not cover:

7.5 Transport costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the Customer unless stated otherwise.
8.1 The Company collects and processes personal data solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes.
8.2 Personal information collected includes name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
8.3 Customer data is stored securely and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
8.4 The Company does not store financial data; all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
8.5 Customers have the right to request deletion, modification, or restriction of their personal data at any time.
9.1 Plastic furniture should be cleaned with mild soap and water, avoiding abrasive detergents.
9.2 Metal furniture may require anti-rust treatment if exposed to humidity or scratches.
9.3 Prolonged exposure to colored substances or oils can lead to stains; immediate cleaning is advised.
9.4 Products should be stored in a dry, shaded environment when not in use to maximize longevity.
9.5 The use of high-pressure water cleaners is not recommended as it may damage the material surface.
10.1 The Company is not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, transportation strikes, or natural disasters.
10.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; incorrect addresses resulting in non-delivery will not be refunded.
10.3 All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of North Macedonia.
10.4 The Company is not responsible for damages occurring after the product is received and inspected by the Customer.
10.5 By placing an order, the Customer confirms full acceptance of these terms.
