We currently do not have a specific location. We will soon open showrooms throughout Macedonia, starting with the city of Skopje.

4. How long does it take for the shipment to arrive in Macedonia?
Shipments that we have in stock arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Shipments made through the Preorder system or those that we do not currently have in stock arrive in 15 to 20 business days. You will be informed in a timely manner about the status of your order.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and the delivery location. The exact amount will be displayed when you place your order. For orders over 10,000 denars, shipping is free.

9. What should I do if the shipment is damaged upon receipt?
In case you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, immediately refuse the shipment or if you have already received it, contact us at the following phone numbers: 071/212-418 or 076/212-418. We will review the case and help you resolve the problem.
10. What if I can’t pick up my shipment at the scheduled time?
If you are unable to pick up your shipment at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange a new delivery date. If the courier fails to find you a second time, the shipment will be returned to us and you will be contacted for a new delivery.

12. Can you send an order as a gift?
Yes, we offer the option of sending an order as a gift. If you wish, you can provide us with information that will include a message or dedication that we will put in the product packaging. Please inform us of this when placing your order.

Yes, we accept returns in the event of a defect or if you are not satisfied with the product or the product is not what you ordered or expected. Products must be undamaged and in the original packaging in which they were shipped. For more details, please see our return and exchange policy.
