Returns & Exchanges

At Siesta Mk, we are confident that you will love your new furniture. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer product refunds or exchanges within 5 working days from the date of receipt. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions.

Return or Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Appearance, usability, factory labels, and original packaging must be preserved.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact returns@siestamk.com to initiate your return or exchange.
  • Customers must notify Siesta Mk within 15 working days from the date of receipt.
  • The recipient must sign the delivery note upon receiving the order. The return/exchange period starts from this moment.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Inspection Period:
    • Customers have the right to inspect the product within 5 working days.
    • If any discrepancies are found, a claim must be filed within this period.
  2. Return Shipping & Costs:
    • If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, Siesta Mk will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., shape, size, model, color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • A 10% restocking fee (calculated on the product price) will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Pickup & Packaging:
    • Siesta Mk will arrange a pickup day for returns.
    • Products must be securely packed in their original packaging. If the furniture is damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging, the full retail value may be deducted from the refund.
    • Customers must be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the scheduled pickup day. If the pickup fails and needs to be rescheduled, a 10 EU re-booking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing:
    • Our team will inspect the returned product within 7 days of receiving it.
    • If the product is found to be damaged due to improper use, assembly errors, or policy abuse (e.g., damaged threads, screw holes, glue marks), the return may be denied or additional deductions may apply.
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Some banks may take up to 15 business days to finalize the transaction.

Damages After Receipt

  • Any damages occurring after the product has been received and signed for will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items – Please send photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery to warranty@siesta.com.mk to initiate a return.
  • Requests for returns/exchanges after 5 working days will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Failure to cooperate with Siesta Mk during the return process may result in the refund request being denied.
