PRE-ORDER CONDITIONS

1. Subject of the contract

The Seller undertakes to place an order for furniture from Turkey for the Buyer, in accordance with the selected specifications (model, color, dimensions and materials). The Seller will organize the delivery from Turkey and deliver it to the Buyer within the time limit and under the conditions specified in the contract.

2. Payment

Deposit: The buyer will pay a deposit of 30%-50% of the total order value upon signing the contract. This deposit is used to confirm the order and secure the products from Turkey.

Full Payment: The Buyer is obliged to pay the remaining amount upon arrival of the furniture in the country, before delivery to the Buyer or within 3-5 days after arrival.

Payment methods: Payment will be made via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or other methods as agreed.

3. Deadlines & Delivery

Order Deadline: The seller will place the order for the furniture from Turkey after receiving the deposit. The processing and ordering time in Turkey is usually one week, depending on the supplier’s offer.

Delivery time: The estimated time for the furniture to arrive in the country is 2 to 3 weeks or 15 business days from the time of order. The Seller will inform the Buyer of the exact delivery time after receiving confirmation from the supplier in Turkey.

Delivery to the Buyer: The furniture will be delivered to the Buyer’s address upon arrival in the country, within a few days from the moment of arrival. Shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

4. Import, customs and other costs

Customs fees and taxes: All customs fees and taxes related to the import of the furniture will be borne by the Seller. The Seller is responsible for paying all import duties and related costs.

5. Order cancellation

Cancellation before shipment from Turkey: The buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund of the deposit within 5-7 days of signing the contract, provided that the furniture has not already been shipped from Turkey.

Cancellation after shipment: After the furniture has been shipped from Turkey, the deposit is retained and is non-refundable. The buyer is not entitled to a full refund if they decide to cancel the order after this stage.

Cancellation upon arrival: After the furniture arrives in the country, there is no right of cancellation unless the product is damaged or does not comply with the order.

6. Defects & Damages Policy

Delivery defects: If the furniture arrives damaged or does not comply with the order (incomparable color, dimensions or materials), the Buyer has the right to replacement or repair at the Seller’s expense.

Deadline for reporting defects: The Buyer is obliged to report the defect to the Seller within 3-5 days from the moment of arrival of the furniture.

Shipping Damage Coverage: The seller will cover the cost of replacement or repair if the furniture is damaged during shipping.

7. Return Policy

Furniture cannot be returned upon arrival unless there are defects or damage.

Return of the furniture due to non-acceptance or change of mind by the Buyer is not permitted, as this is a direct order from Turkey, which was specially ordered for the Buyer.

8. Obligations of the parties

Seller: The seller will take care of the order fulfillment, communication with the supplier in Turkey, customs clearance and delivery of the furniture.

Buyer: The Buyer will provide accurate order information and pay all costs on time, including the deposit and the balance of the payment.

9. Risk Management

Delayed delivery: The seller is not responsible for any delay in the order or delivery if the delay is due to unforeseen circumstances, such as import problems, transportation problems, or stagnation in production by the supplier in Turkey.

Natural disasters: In the event of natural disasters that affect delivery (for example, earthquakes, floods, strikes, etc.), the Seller is not liable for delays or failure to meet deadlines.

10. Final Provisions

This agreement is legally binding on both sides.

All disputes will be resolved through mediation or court proceedings in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia.

This agreement enters into force upon signature by both sides.
