DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery Time

Once you receive confirmation that your order has been created, it enters the processing stage. After processing and confirmation, it will be sent for delivery.

The delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Receiving Shipments

The courier service delivers shipments Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure that there is someone at the designated address who can receive the delivery during this period.

Upon receiving the shipment, you must visually inspect the package to check for any visible physical damage. If you notice any damage to the package or suspect that the product inside may be damaged, you should refuse the shipment and immediately notify us by calling 071/212-418 or 076/212-418. If the package is intact and undamaged, you may accept it.

It is common practice that if the courier cannot reach you at the designated address, they will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided during the order process to arrange a new delivery time. If they still cannot reach you, the order will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you to determine the next steps and arrange for a re-shipment.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for all orders valued above 10,000 MKD. For orders below 10,000 MKD, the delivery cost is determined based on weight. If you pay for your order using a credit or debit card in our online store, the total amount will include the delivery cost, so you do not need to pay the courier upon delivery.

Order Modifications

If you notice any required changes to your order (address, product, quantity, etc.) after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible, as it will be impossible to make changes once processing has started.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to lack of contact or the absence of a recipient at the given address, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the order will be re-sent at a newly agreed-upon time, but an additional shipping fee may be charged.

Delivery to the Wrong Address

Please ensure that you enter the correct address when placing your order. Siesta Mk is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Delivery During Specific Periods or Holidays

During major holidays or weekends, slight delays in delivery may occur. Please check in advance for any potential changes to the delivery schedule.

Return and Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you will receive immediate instructions on how to return or replace it. We will cover the shipping costs only in cases where the error is on our part.
